Ingredients

2⁄3 c
Packed light brown sugar
2⁄3 c
Granulated sugar
1⁄2 c
Paprika
1⁄4 c
Seasoned salt such as Lawry's
1⁄4 c
Smoked Salt
1⁄4 c
Onion salt
1⁄4 c
Celery salt
2 T
Freshly ground black pepper
2 T
pure chili powder
2 t
mustard powder
1 t
ground ginger
1⁄2 t
Ground allspice
1⁄2 t
cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir or whisk to mix. Transfer to a large jar, cover, and store away from heat and light.

  2. Generously shake over your favorite meats. The rub will keep for several months.
