All FireCraft, Inc. standard shipping and handling charges are calculated based on total value of your order.

Domestic Shipments (Inside USA)

*FREE SHIPPING: Free shipping applies to orders totaling over $99 shipped to a final destination within the contiguous 48 states within the United States. Certain items do not qualify for free shipping regardless of order total. Items that do not qualify for free shipping will be clearly indicated as such on the product listing page. FireCraft reserves the right to cancel this offer at anytime. This offer applies to standard ground shipping only. Expedited shipping, included but not limited to Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select is not included in this offer.

Most orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service. Please provide us with an accurate street address for delivery. Small items may ship via the Postal Service. Large and/or heavy items may ship by truck freight; we will contact you with the final cost. If an item must ship by truck freight we will clearly identify this requirement on our website and in our catalog. Additionally, some special orders may require 2 to 6 weeks depending on the items. Most orders placed by 2:00 PM eastern time for items "in stock" will ship the same day. NO Saturday Deliveries. Normal UPS shipping can be from 2 to 8 business days.

Please Note: Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays DO NOT count as business days. If your package is shipped on a Friday, you will receive it on Monday if you selected Next Day Air Service, Tuesday for 2nd Day Air Service and Wednesday for 3rd Day Air Select Service.

Some large or heavy items require additional shipping and handling charges due to the bulky nature of these products. If an item requires additional shipping and handling charges we will clearly identify this requirement on our website and in our catalog. In most cases, we charge a "flat" rate to ship these items.

Items shipped by truck freight will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you authorize the shipping company to deliver your products with no signature, FireCraft, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any damages that may have occurred during shipping.

NOTE – All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Damaged packages should be refused. If your damaged shipment was delivered by UPS, please call 800-PICK-UPS and report the damage. If delivered by Truck Freight, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier’s bill. After contacting the carrier, please call FireCraft Customer Service at 800-745-6109 for further assistance with the damaged shipment. Please note, signing for your delivery without noting any damages, issues, or inability to inspect the delivery on the relevant paperwork legally states that you have received your freight in good condition and FireCraft, Inc. cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces. Additional, leaving a note and/or instructions for the diver is the same as signing for your products in good condition. If you authorize the freight company to leave freight without a signature, FireCraft, Inc. cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces. If you choose to sign for a visibly damaged please note on the relevant paperwork that you are signing for a damaged package; however, FireCraft, Inc. cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces for accepted via signature delivery.

Express Shipping is available for an additional charge and will be calculated based on the total weight of the order.

Military APO/FPO Shipments will be sent by USPS Priority Mail, as long as the package(s) meet the postal requirements. We will contact you with the final postal charges.

International Shipments (Outside USA)

Military APO/FPO Shipments will be sent by USPS Priority Mail, as long as the package(s) meet the postal requirements. We will contact you with the final postal charges.

International Orders (except Canada) require special processing. When you are entering an International Order, please complete all the necessary information. We will get a shipping quote from one of our International shippers. We will contact you with the final charges for approval. The order will not be shipped or charged unless it is confirmed by you. Please note: You will be responsible for any applicable taxes and/or duties that will need to be paid upon delivery.

Fraudulent Orders from Indonesia/Singapore/Nigeria:
Due to increased fraudulent orders from Indonesia, Singapore, and Nigeria we can no longer accept orders from these places.

Canadian Orders:
Most shipments to Canada will be shipped by UPS. All duties and taxes will be charged upon delivery. All freight orders and Parcel Post deliveries will require you to pay duties and brokerage fees upon delivery.

Returns/Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product. Refunds do not include shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, FireCraft will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. We only require that the product not be damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation. Grills that have been used cannot be returned. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate re-stocking charge. Place your name and order number on the package for efficient identification. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods.
