The Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker is one of the all-time classic water smokers. Many pit-masters started out with this cooker and quite a few of them still use this unit on the competition circuit. The porcelain-enameled bowl, lid, and water pan will resist corrosion and keep their shine for many years. The 2 cooking grids measure 18.5in in diameter for a total of 481 square inches of cooking space. The domed lid with glass-reinforced nylon handle has a built-in thermometer. The 4 vents and charcoal/water pan doors are made from rust-proof aluminum. Each smoker comes with a Weber cookbook and black cover with Weber logo.
