The SmokinTex 1400 is SmokingTex's medium-sized electric smoker. Just load the woodchip box with chips or chunks of your favorite hardwood, switch on the burner, set the temperature, and walk away - it is that easy. The electric burners create the heat and added hardwood brings the flavor! The SmokinTex will hold your set temperature indefinitely, just add wood every few hours. The 1400 includes 3 shelves with 5 possible shelf positions. The standard electronically-controlled thermostat will maintain temperatures between 100 and 250°F. The large commercial grade castors make moving the smoker around your patio easy. Like all SmokinTex Smokers, the double-walled stainless steel walls and door trap heat and moisture inside with your food. The outside of the smoker is barely warm to the touch! If you like to cook for 4-6 people then this is the model for you.
