Just like its big brother, the Advantage includes the intelligent temperature control system and is proudly made in the USA. Each grill is finished in striking black metallic paint designed to stand up to heat and abuse. Memphis Pellet Grills have revolutionized the pellet grill market. Unlike most pellet grills, the Memphis series are 3-in-1 outdoor cooking centers. They are high-temperature grills, low and slow smokers, or high-temperature convection ovens. That's right, the Memphis will sear a steak in addition to BBQing low and slow, or turn the heat up to bake pizzas or breads - an industry first! Unlike other pellet grills, the location and construction of the pellet burner allows the cooker to adjust from 200 - 600°F. The intelligent temperature control system moderates the amount of smoke and heat developed by the 100% wood pellets. Uses 110V AC Power.
