The Louisiana Grill Country Smoker CS570 Flame Broiler allows you to cook directly over the flames in your pellet grill! This simple yet ingenious 2-piece insert slides right into your Country Smoker. Your CS570 already has an arched flame diffuser, this insert simply replaces that stock unit. What's different about the replacement is that there are 7 slits (each measuring .25in wide x 8in long) that lay directly above the firepot. An included sliding plate allows you to use the broiling mechanism or cover the slits and cook with the traditional indirect grilling/smoking method.
