No more food falling through the grill grates! The integrated-front grease tray collects all the grease and prevents flare-ups. The over-sized sidewalls with integrated lift-handles prevent food from falling off the edges of the griddle surface and make lifting the griddle a breeze. Check out the underside of the griddle: the standard cross-bracing prevents twisting and bending and helps provide unparalleled heat distribution. The Griddle-Q 235 has a limited lifetime warranty and will provide you with years of grilling enjoyment. Little Griddle is a family-owned company based in Michigan. In 1997, a Boy Scout troop asked John Button if he could make something the troop could cook mega-breakfasts on during campouts. As a tool and die maker by trade, John was able to fabricate a griddle that turned the standard cooking surface of any barbecue grill into a full size, flat cooking surface with sidewalls and a grease trough. Not knowing it at the time, John had produced the original prototype of the Griddle-Q. It was a huge hit so John and his wife Vicki made the decision to start Little Griddle!
