This 100% stainless steel Fire Magic smoker is one of the easiest to use charcoal/wood smokers we have every seen. This smoker uses a vertical design, meaning the charcoal and wood are fed into the smoker via a vertical camber. As the coals burn down, gravity drops more coals/wood onto the fire. Talk about easy! The multiple air and smoke vents allow you to easily and precisely adjust the temperature. A digital thermometer gives you both smoker and food temperatures. Check out the extra heavy-duty door latches. The stainless steels 2in thick walls are insulated keeping all the smoke and moisture inside the cooking chamber. Includes 5 removable cooking grids.
