Raising the Steaks is designed for beef and inspired by the popular Montreal Steak seasoning mix. It starts off with an interesting Canadian flavor profile and is fully "dizzy-fied" with fresh cracked coriander, peppercorns and other fresh spices but is sugar-free.
The Dizzy Pig BBQ Company was formed because they felt there was a need and a place in the market for a line of unique and diverse products created with high quality, fresh, wholesome ingredients.
