The Cookshack Super Smoker Elite comes with a technologically advanced electronic control that allows you to precisely adjust the temperature inside the smoker from 140 to 300°F. An included food probe also allows you to monitor food temperatures without opening the smoker's door. The Cookshack Super Smoker Elite is constructed from 304 double-walled stainless steel with 850°F insulation between the walls, which really seals in the heat and helps keep your food moist. Locking casters/wheels make it easy to roll the Super Smoker around the patio and the stainless steel drip pan is dishwasher-safe for quick and easy clean up. An optional Storage Cart/Stand raises your Cookshack Super Smoker Elite up 30in and also provides extra storage space. Cold smoke plate also available. Uses 120v AC power.
