This package of three cedar grilling planks is the best way to cook fish, and works well for meat and vegetables too. Using a cedar plank infuses the fish with a wonderful and distinct smoky flavor. Just soak a plank for 30 minutes, but not more than 4 hours. Heat your grill to medium-high and place a soaked plank directly over the fire. Turn the plank every 2 minutes, heating each side twice. Place your fish on the plank, close the lid, and cook until done! Planks can be re-used several times.
