Each Bayou Classic Cypress Grill is hand-crafted with a unique leaf finish that is different on every grill so your Cypress Grill is truly custom. Like all ceramic grills, the Cypress Grill is extremely versatile and will grill, smoke, or roast food using very little charcoal. The 1" thick ceramic wall helps to seal in heat and moisture while cooking. This cooker comes as a mostly assembled package including folding side shelves, a huge 19" corrosion resistant stainless steel grill grate, a heavy-gauge painted steel cart with locking casters, a stainless steel thermometer, and adjustable metal cap.
We also carry a few useful accessories including extra reversible grill grates and a water pan, which make all the difference when cooking on any ceramic grill. Don't forget to get a cover too (size: Large Ceramic Grill). The Cypress Grill is large enough to cook a 20-30lb turkey or other foods of similar size. There is very little assembly required when your grill arrives so you can get grilling ASAP.
